Job Description

Elson Group (Construction) Ltd, based in Heybridge, Essex, seeks an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to run day-to-day site operations across projects up to £5m. You'll lead subcontractors and direct labour, coordinate with clients and main contractors, and ensure work is delivered safely and to programme.

The role requires proven site management experience in groundworks/civil engineering, SMSTS/CSCS at manager level, and a UK driving licence.
