• Assist with excavation, digging and preparing ground for construction.
• Learn how to install drainage, pipes and other underground services.
• Assist with foundations, concrete work and general groundworks.
• Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely.
• Learn to read site plans and follow instructions from experienced workers.
• Help prepare and maintain the work site.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work as part of a team alongside experienced groundworkers.
