Ground Floor Team Member

Be the friendly face of Premier Inn, welcoming guests, helping them check in, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every stay is a great one. No two shifts are the same. You could be assisting families arriving for a holiday, serving breakfast, recommending local attractions, or helping guests with any questions during their stay.

Location: Merchants Square, Bath Street, St Helier, JE2 4BF

• Welcome and check in guests
• Serve breakfast, evening meals and bar drinks
• Answer guest queries and resolve issues
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking great
• Support colleagues across the hotel as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service from arrival to departure

No hotel experience? No problem. If you're friendly, enjoy helping people, and can stay calm in a busy environment, we'll provide full training.
