Grocery Department Lead - Drive Sales & Customer Excellence

Dunnes Stores is seeking a Department Manager for our Grocery team in the Limerick region. You will be responsible for delivering the budgeted KPI plan, coaching your team, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

You will lead the department to maximise sales while controlling costs, ensure adherence to policies, and drive continuous improvement through analysis of trading data and team development.
