• Conceptualize and execute graphic design across advertising, social media, case studies, presentations, digital and print materials, experiential projects, and other channels
• Take projects from brief through final QA, owning the full delivery process
• Maintain and apply Clio's visual brand consistently across deliverables
• Assist in producing visual identity elements for Clio sub-brands under senior design direction
• Support communication and campaign needs across marketing, demand generation, and events
• Collaborate with creative team leads and stakeholders, manage feedback, and deliver on-brand work

Требования:

• 3-5 Years of graphic design experience in a creative agency or in-house environment
• A portfolio demonstrating range in applying brand systems, campaign work, and multi-channel execution
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Comfort using AI design tools such as Midjourney, Krea, or similar in the creative process
• Visual storytelling skills and the ability to interpret briefs and translate them into design concepts
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing quality
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment without compromising craft quality
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; comfortable creating design assets and layouts in Spanish
• Nice to have: experience with brand design systems at scale, background in SaaS, legal tech, or another complex regulated industry, presentation design experience with Keynote or Google Slides for executive speakers and event materials, strong typography judgment, adaptability to new tasks and challenges
