Job Description
We're looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content that supports a wide range of internal and external communications. Working as part of a collaborative design team, you'll develop innovative creative solutions across print and digital media, including static graphics and motion graphics.

You'll play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, creating impactful visual storytelling, and delivering high-quality designs that bring ideas and messages to life.

What you'll be doing as a Graphic Designer:
  • Collaborating with the Creative Lead to ensure we meet the expectations of the business.
  • To deliver on time and within budget all creative assets including direct mail, digital assets and customer communications. This could include large scale brand development projects and marketing campaigns to smaller scale customer facing and internal communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Assist in the development of templates and creative assets for both internal and external use.
Base location - Predominantly home working with the occasional requirement to attend either our Clearwater Court office in Reading or Camelford House office in Vauxhall.

Working pattern or hours - 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Salary - Between £47,000 and £50,000 per annum dependant on experience.

To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you'll need is:
  • A print / digital creative background spanning 3 to 5 years.
  • Experience creating motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Degree in Graphic design or motion design.
  • At least two year's design experience as part of an in-house creative team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional skills and experiences would be great to have/bring:
  • Understanding of digital marketing.
  • Understanding of paper stock and printing requirements.
  • Photography editing.
  • Retouching skills.
