Job Description
  • Join the Elevate Programme and help fund real projects, protect public money, and keep decisions fair
  • Work across multiple live schemes, learn the full grant lifecycle, and build strong operational and analytical skills
  • Guide applicants through requirements and provide clear answers
  • Assess applications against published criteria and funding rules, and document rationale
  • Write sharp assessment summaries for decision panels, including risks, gaps, and recommendations
  • Track delivery against milestones and outputs, and chase missing information
  • Analyze recipient financial and performance reports, ensuring delivery matches commitments
  • Run several grant processes simultaneously, keeping them on track to deadline
  • Identify delivery, financial, and compliance risks, escalating evidence-based options
Requirements
  • Clear writing and confident communication
  • Strong analysis and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret rules and apply them consistently
  • Sound judgement, with the confidence to elevate early
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Grant lifecycle experience, especially in government or public sector delivery, is a plus
  • Spotlight and or Creditsafe experience is brilliant but not essential as you'll receive all the training you need for the role.
