Job Description
- Join the Elevate Programme and help fund real projects, protect public money, and keep decisions fair
- Work across multiple live schemes, learn the full grant lifecycle, and build strong operational and analytical skills
- Guide applicants through requirements and provide clear answers
- Assess applications against published criteria and funding rules, and document rationale
- Write sharp assessment summaries for decision panels, including risks, gaps, and recommendations
- Track delivery against milestones and outputs, and chase missing information
- Analyze recipient financial and performance reports, ensuring delivery matches commitments
- Run several grant processes simultaneously, keeping them on track to deadline
- Identify delivery, financial, and compliance risks, escalating evidence-based options
- Clear writing and confident communication
- Strong analysis and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret rules and apply them consistently
- Sound judgement, with the confidence to elevate early
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Grant lifecycle experience, especially in government or public sector delivery, is a plus
- Spotlight and or Creditsafe experience is brilliant but not essential as you'll receive all the training you need for the role.
