Grain Distilling Leader: Safety, Strategy & Impact

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Head of Grain Distilling in Glasgow to lead all grain distilling operations, ensuring safe, resilient and efficient site performance. You will balance volume, quality, service, cost, people capability, compliance and sustainability, while providing visible leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

You will drive process safety, asset performance and continuous improvement, guiding strategy, capital investments and stakeholder engagement to deliver long term value for
