Graduate Youth Coach & Behaviour Mentor

Flourish Education are seeking Behaviour Mentors to work across Worcester and surrounding areas in secondary schools. A Graduate with a UK degree is preferred, with sports coaching or youth-work experience valued to motivate pupils and build strong relationships.

Roles involve supporting pupils with behavioural challenges, SEMH needs and engagement, both inside and outside the classroom. Full-time opportunities exist, with competitive daily rates and professional safeguarding training provided.
