Graduate Training Coordinator

gap personnel are looking for a Graduate Training Coordinator role at a food manufacturer in Bilston, West Midlands.

Salary: £28k / annum

Working Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

About the role

As Training Coordinator, you will help plan, coordinate and maintain effective training across the site. You will support new starters, manage accurate training records, assist with SOPs and work instructions, and help ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confidence required to work safely and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support training, competency assessments and compliance activities.


• Help drive learning through training tools provided.


• Create, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Work Instructions.


• Keep training records accurate, up to date and easy to access.i>
  
• Support new starters during onboarding and help them settle into the business.


• Work closely with managers and colleagues to identify training needs and support continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

• Strong communication skills, with confidence delivering training to groups of employees.


• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.


• The ability to build positive working relationships and influence others effectively.


• Good IT skills, ideally with experience using training systems or digital learning tools.


• Experience working with SOPs and an understanding of BRC requirements would be advantageous.


• Strong written and spoken English.


• A proactive, supportive and professional approach, with a genuine interest in helping colleagues have a positive work experience.

Graduates with a UK based degree, ideally linked with HR, business, administration, or training would be welcomed to apply for this role
