Graduate Training & Onboarding Coordinator

Gap Personnel is seeking a Graduate Training Coordinator in Bilston to plan, coordinate and maintain training across the site. You will support new starters, manage training records, assist with SOPs and ensure staff have the skills and confidence to work safely and effectively.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organisation, and experience with SOPs and training tools. A UK degree related to HR, business, or training is welcomed.
