Graduate Trainee - Education & Visitor Experience

The Institute for Outdoor Learning is hiring a Graduate Trainee for a full time two year training programme at Celtic Harmony Camp, located in Brickendon, Hertfordshire. This role involves leading school trips, assisting with activities, and engaging with visitors.

You will receive in house and external training covering various skills, including marketing and fundraising. The position requires your own transport due to the rural setting and involves working a 40 hour week on a monthly rota.
