Job Title: Graduate Technical Engineer

Location: Swadlincote

We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Technical Engineer to join our team in Swadlincote. The successful candidate will have recently graduated with a degree in engineering or a related field and possess a strong technical understanding.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare load assessments and load calculations imposed on Lintels
- Provide structural performance calculations at the customers request for supplied Lintels as required by building control
- Issue conformation of drawings for the customer's approval for special Lintels orders received
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions
- Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technical systems
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Hold a Degree in engineering related discipline-Construction, Structural or Civil Engineering
- AutoCAD experience is desirable
- Strong technical skills and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skill using telephone
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
