The RoleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support students across KS3 and KS4. You will play a key role in helping students engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Supporting students during engaging classroom lessons across a range of subjects
- Working one-to-one and in small groups to boost confidence, attainment, and participation
- Assisting students with classwork, revision sessions, and exam preparation
- Encouraging positive learning behaviours and classroom engagement
- Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom activities
- Building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents

- A degree in any subject
- Strong academic credentials and a commitment to education
