Graduate Teaching Assistant Suffolk

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum (IP32)

The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and school leaders to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
• Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions
• Assisting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
• Helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management and student wellbeing
• Working collaboratively with teachers, parents and support staff
