Graduate Teaching Assistant - Empower Learning & Growth

Harris Girls' Academy Bromley is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support individuals and groups of students, enabling access to learning and contributing to a nurturing, purposeful learning environment.

You will assist in resources development, support learning strategies with teachers, and monitor progress through assessments. The role includes leading small group sessions, supporting personal needs, and helping with behaviour management within the academy's policy.
