Job DescriptionAs a Graduate Systems Integration Engineer, you will develop a strong understanding of systems thinking and advocate for its value across projects. You will help recommend appropriate systems-engineering processes and tools for each project phase, and support the technical development of systems throughout their lifecycle to ensure the delivery of robust, fully assured products and services.
Your core responsibilities:
- Researching and eliciting stakeholder needs, and collaborating with team members to capture, develop, and manage system requirements.
- Understanding the importance of verification ("building the system right") and validation ("building the right system") and supporting the collection of appropriate evidence.
- Recognising the need to manage interactions across system or subsystem boundaries and assisting in capturing and managing interfaces.
- Collaborating with team members to develop functional and physical system architectures.
- Gaining experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Degree in Science or Engineering from 2025 or '26
- Confident with all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Driven, with a strong appetite to learn and take on new challenges
- Able to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Well organised and adaptable with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
