Graduate SEND Learning Support Assistant - 1:1 & Inclusion

Trades Workforce Solutions is hiring a SEND Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming Newham primary school, starting September 2026. This full time, long term post runs until July 2027 with a potential extension and offers weekly CPD focused on SEND, behaviour management and safeguarding.

You will provide 1:1, small group and classroom support for pupils with Autism, ADHD and other needs, helping develop communication, emotional regulation, confidence and independence.
