Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
 Daily Rate: £95-£110
 Contract: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm)
 Location: Islington, London
Academics, one of London's leading education recruitment agencies, is excited to recruit enthusiastic and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in Islington supporting young people with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support learners aged 11-18 with a range of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), physical disabilities, and profound learning difficulties.
 - Work within small class groups alongside teachers and other teaching assistants to deliver personalised support.
 - Foster trust and help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
 - Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, families, and carers to support each student's holistic development.
