Graduate People Partner: HR & Analytics Placement

Ericsson GmbH is offering a 12 month full-time HR placement in Reading, designed for an early-career talent to support People Business Partner activities across the UK with a focus on Reading. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic HR work, partner with business leaders, and learn the end-to-end HR agenda in a global organization.

The role involves supporting local and regional HR programs, analytics interpretation, and compliance activities, while collaborating with a multicultural team
