Business Graduate SchemeThis programme has been developed for graduates who demonstrate a strong interest in understanding how a successful organisation operates. Encompassing strategic planning, commercial decision making, and the management of people and culture.
And includes areas such as:
- Communications
- Finance
- People and Culture
- Purchasing
- Supply Chain
This programme is for engineering graduates who have a strong interest in applying their technical expertise within a dynamic, multi discipline environment. This programme will offer you exposure to mechanical and electrical projects.
Criteria- To join our programmes, you must be studying for a relevant degree and be on course for or have achieved a grade 2.1 or above.
- All our graduate roles are based in Ballymena, with travel required. You must be flexible and willing to travel and work between our sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.
- You will be paid a competitive salary (£31,500) from day one and have access to a range of company benefits.
- Our programmes are 2 years in duration.
- All graduates have access to our mentoring scheme along with support from your line manager.
- Full training is given, along with access to a range of courses and workshops.
