Business Graduate Scheme

This programme has been developed for graduates who demonstrate a strong interest in understanding how a successful organisation operates. Encompassing strategic planning, commercial decision making, and the management of people and culture.

And includes areas such as:

• Communications
• Finance
• People and Culture
• Purchasing
• Supply Chain

This programme is for engineering graduates who have a strong interest in applying their technical expertise within a dynamic, multi discipline environment. This programme will offer you exposure to mechanical and electrical projects.

Criteria

• To join our programmes, you must be studying for a relevant degree and be on course for or have achieved a grade 2.1 or above.
• All our graduate roles are based in Ballymena, with travel required. You must be flexible and willing to travel and work between our sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Key Information

• You will be paid a competitive salary (£31,500) from day one and have access to a range of company benefits.
