We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Lecturer in Business to join our successful Business team. This exciting development programme is designed to provide graduates with a realistic and rewarding introduction to teaching within a Further Education setting, while working towards becoming a qualified Level 5 Lecturer.

As a Graduate Lecturer in Business, you will gain valuable hands-on experience delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of Business programmes, including BTEC and T Level qualifications. You will work alongside experienced lecturers and industry professionals who will support your development through mentoring, training and professional guidance.

• Delivering engaging and effective Business lessons.
• Supporting learners aged 16-18, adult learners and apprentices.
• Assessing and marking student work.
• Monitoring learner progress and providing appropriate support.
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Developing teaching skills through structured training and mentorship.
• Working towards a recognised Level 5 teaching qualification.

• A degree in Business or a related subject.
• A genuine passion for Business and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, resilient and proactive approach to work.
• The ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

• Practical teaching experience delivering Business qualifications, including BTEC and T Level programmes.
