Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Kickstart Your Teaching Journey

KPI Education is recruiting a Graduate Learning Support Assistant for a Barnet secondary school in September 2026. You will work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering 1:1 and small group interventions, and supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

The ideal candidate has a 2:1 or above in Psychology or a core subject, with a passion for education and the ability to build strong relationships. A proactive, patient, and resilient approach is essential.
