Programme Overview

Our 2-year Graduate IT Engineer Programme is designed for recent graduates with a passion for technology. You'll start as a Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer, learning the fundamentals of IT support, client interaction, and troubleshooting. Through hands on experience and mentorship, you'll progress to Level 2 with the opportunity to specialise in Infrastructure, Networks, or Cyber Security.

What You'll Learn
  • Provide Level 1 support to clients, handling live technical issues across networking, security, cloud infrastructure, and communications.
  • Administer Office365, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
  • Gain experience in monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring IT uptime.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to elevate and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop essential client facing skills, managing customer expectations and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming support calls and manage tickets through ConnectWise.
  • Deliver first level support remotely to clients across multiple sectors.
  • Assist with scheduled calls and provide overflow support during busy periods.
  • Document technical solutions and update system records.
What We're Looking For
  • A 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline (preferred).
  • A demonstrable passion for technology and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, team oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
