Graduate HR Partner: People Experience & Engagement

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a graduate HR Partner to be the front line HR representative for Team Lead and Area Manager groups at the Fulfillment Center. You will drive a positive Associate experience, handle complex queries, and support investigations with the HR team to implement standard company-wide programs.

You will collaborate across operations and HR teams to invent and simplify processes, while aligning with local legislation and driving employee engagement initiatives.
