Graduate HR Partner - People Experience

Amazon is seeking a recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as an HR Partner at our UK Fulfillment Centers. You will be the frontline HR representative to Team Leads and Area Managers, helping drive a positive Associate experience by facilitating engagement activities and handling complex queries.

Partner with operations and HR to execute company-wide programs, address employee relations issues, support investigations, and collaborate on hiring, engagement and communications.
