Graduate HR Partner - Fast-Paced Ops & People Impact

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Partner to support Team Leads and Area Managers at the Fulfillment Center. You will help drive employee engagement, manage complex cases, and collaborate with HR, Payroll and High Volume Hiring to implement programs.

As part of the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team, you'll develop communication plans, analyse attrition and attendance, and ensure compliance with local employment laws while delivering a high standard of people experience.
