Key Responsibilities

• Process customer quotations and orders for windows and doors across both domestic and commercial glazing systems
• Provide advice to customers over the phone regarding suitable product options and technical specifications
• Work towards set KPIs within the estimating and processing teams
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the estimating and processing departments

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to learn. You should demonstrate:

• Excellent memory and retention skills, with the ability to absorb large amounts of information quickly
• A proactive, fast-paced approach to work, maintaining efficiency without compromising accuracy
• Strong ability to learn new systems, processes, and technical product information
• A solid academic background (strong GCSEs, A-Levels, or a recent graduate)
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support multiple teams as required
