Constructex Ltd is a leading specialist contractor in maritime civil engineering. Based in Fareham, Hampshire, we deliver a wide range of projects across the UK and abroad, including inspection, design, repair, construction, and maintenance of marine infrastructure.
Our work involves technically complex and often challenging engineering projects where safety, quality, and commercial performance are critical. As such, we believe in a practical, engineer led approach to project delivery, where individuals take ownership of projects and directly contribute to their success. We value collaboration and support between project teams, site teams, and senior leadership, and believe in nurturing strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified Graduate in Civil Engineering to join our company. It may be of particular interest to someone seeking to accelerate their development within a contractor environment. Constructex adopts an engineer led approach to delivering technically complex and challenging marine and civil engineering projects, providing graduates with the opportunity to gain experience across both design and delivery. This dual exposure enables a deeper understanding of how engineering solutions are developed, implemented, and managed in practice.

You will work closely with Senior Engineers, Dive Supervisors, and Project Managers, and other members of on site and project teams. Graduates will build strong technical foundations while also gaining early experience in programming, procurement, commercial management, and site operations. This breadth of responsibility supports rapid professional development and provides an excellent platform for working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status at an early stage in their career.
