Graduate EHS Role

Responsibilities

• Maintain the site EHS Management System in line with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Support EHS improvement projects and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and EHS training.
• Monitor EHS KPIs and promote a strong safety culture.
• Review and update EHS procedures and documentation.
• Support ergonomic assessments, contractor safety, and environmental initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and ISO 14001/45001 standards.

Education & Experience

• 9 to 12 months experience in an EHS or Health & Safety role.
• Relevant third-level qualification in EHS or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Knowledge of Irish EHS legislation and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
• Manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Strong communication, organisational, and Microsoft Office skills.
