Cirrus Logic is seeking a talented Graduate Digital Design Engineer to support our growing design team in the UK. In this role, you will contribute to the development of industry leading mixed signal SoCs for consumer markets and become part of an organisation at the forefront of cutting edge technology. Key Responsibilities- Design and implement new digital circuit architectures on advanced process nodes.
- Collaborate within an experienced design team, gaining exposure to every stage of the IC development lifecycle.
- Partner with systems, analog, physical design, and verification engineers to ensure the design is fully specified, thoroughly verified, and correctly implemented.
- Contribute to product definition, prototype evaluation, test development, and product release, ensuring the ASIC is manufacturable, competitive, and meets customer requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and formal design reviews.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering (or related discipline).
- Good understanding of digital circuit design in RTL, using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL.
- Basic experience in verifying block level digital designs.
- Basic understanding of synthesis and timing analysis of digital circuits.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities.
- Innovative, creative, and lateral thinker with a problem solving mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and skill in interpreting results.
- Clear communicator able to convey complex information and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
This role is based in our Edinburgh, UK office.
This is a hybrid position and will follow a 2+ day in office work schedule, with in office days based on business needs and team preference. You must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning employment with Cirrus Logic.
