A welcoming and child-focused mainstream primary school in Bracknell is currently recruiting for a Graduate Classroom Assistant to support classroom learning across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. This role is perfect for aspiring teachers who are eager to gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the National Curriculum.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside experienced teachers to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson delivery and support small group work.
  • Offer one-to-one guidance to pupils when needed.
  • Support learning across the curriculum, including core subjects (English, Maths) and foundation subjects (Geography, Science, PE).
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate with an interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education.
  • Desirable: prior experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, youth work, volunteering in schools, or related roles).
  • Experience supporting children with SEND, behavioural needs, or learning difficulties would be highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience is not essential; motivation, patience, and enthusiasm are valued.
