  • Minimum 2:1 achieved in a CivilEngineering degree
  • No more than 12 months'work experience
  • Good communication andteamwork skills with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Completion Requirements:

Full attendanceand successful completionofallelements of the programme and associated portfolios. Where applicable, you will be signing up to the programme and a professionalbody such as the ICE, CICES or RICS, completion of the programme requires:

  • Sign up as a Graduatemember of your professional body
  • A minimum of 3 quarterlyreports completed and signed
  • Continuous ProfessionalDevelopment (CPD) records to be signed off by your professional reviewersuch as a Delegated
  • Engineer, Counsellor orsimilar
  • Approval for completionby yourprofessional reviewer

As a Graduate Civil Engineer you will be responsible for akey element of work on a project taking a significant role in technicaldelivery as well as managing aspects of time, cost and quality and will acquiretechnical, leadership and project management skills and experience.

Role Requirements:
  • Assisting with themanagement of site operations, to ensure safety, quality, costeffectiveness, timely production and customer satisfaction
  • Planning and sequencingof operations, including writing method statements and risk assessments,and procuring sub-contractor, labour, plant and material resources
  • Briefing teamsImplementing operational quality control including setting out and QAprocesses
  • Prepare technicaldrawings, calculations, and construction documentation under supervision.
  • Ensure compliance withengineering standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
