Graduate Building Surveyor - Manchester 2027

Cushman & Wakefield in Manchester is launching a two-year Building Surveying Graduate Programme (2027) designed to train you through the full lifecycle of commercial buildings, including surveys, schedules of condition, and project involvement across the UK and possibly Europe.

As a Building Surveyor on the programme, you will attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and work toward RICS APC status by programme end. Expected to develop specialist expertise within Building Surveying.
