Step Into Teaching are seeking Graduate Associate Teachers for a school in Coventry offering full time roles.

The Opportunity
  • Graduate Associate Teacher
  • Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required
  • Aspiring educational psychologists/ SEN Teachers
  • 1:1 & Small Group work
  • Coventry, West Midlands
  • Full-time roles - Monday - Friday
  • £575 - £600 per week
The successful graduate must
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • A genuine interest in education and helping students achieve their potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and strategies to support students with additional learning needs (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities
  • Support classroom teaching across a range of subjects and age groups
  • Deliver small group or 1:1 interventions
  • Assist with planning and preparation of lessons
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events
