Our Financial Restructuring & Bank Advisory team plays a critical role in helping clients navigate complex financial challenges. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on restructuring projects, advisory mandates, and strategic assessments, aimed at improving the financial health of our clients.
The TeamOur Financial Restructuring team comprises experienced professionals dedicated to assisting distressed businesses and creditors in effectively managing financial challenges. We offer our clients tailored advice and practical solutions to help stabilize operations and improve their capital structures.
Key AccountabilitiesThe successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to support clients facing financial difficulties and to assist in the restructuring of their operations.
In providing this support, you will:
- Contribute to the development of financial models to assess restructuring options.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting financial analysis and due diligence.
- Engage with client management, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of transaction documentation and communications.
You will also be encouraged to contribute to the growth of the practice, involving participation in business development activities and networking with potential clients.
Your professional development will be fostered through mentorship and guidance from seasoned professionals, exposure to complex casework, and involvement in high-profile projects that bolster your skills and expertise.
Although this role is aligned to a specific office, it forms part of a national team. Your primary office location will be the office you applied to; however, travel may be required in line with business needs.
- A minimum of a 2:1 University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges, with a keen interest in financial restructuring and advisory work.
