Graduate Architect - Dublin Office

We are seeking a Graduate Architect with a strong interest in design to join our Dublin Office. We are looking for a highly motivated energetic person with excellent design, detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:

Contributing to design development from early stages through to technical delivery

Preparing planning, tender, and construction information

Assisting with coordination of design information and statutory submissions

Participating in project meetings and, where appropriate, site involvement

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture and working towards registration with RIAI.

Previous experience working on medium to large scale residential projects.

Thorough understanding and application of the Irish building regulations.

Strong design skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
