Record's offices are in London, Zürich, New York, Amsterdam, and Hamburg. We have over 90 staff in our London office. The relevant team is based in London.
Position: Graduate Analyst
Department: Reporting team
Role: Full-time (37.5 hours per week). Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the London office.
Reporting AnalystAs a Reporting Analyst, you will support the team in providing high-quality reporting on all client portfolios. Responsibilities include:
- Updating databases by collecting and uploading data from various sources.
- Compiling reports for internal use and monthly client reports across all product types.
- Reconciling performance data with third parties by providing supporting documents and information.
- A graduate from a STEM subject with a 2:1 or above.
- Enjoys working with numerical data and problem-solving.
- Proactive with good process and data management skills.
- Diligent, conscientious, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious about software systems and eager to learn new tools.
- Interest or experience in Excel is desirable.
