Job Description
GRADE V - PAYROLL OFFICER Full-time Permanent 
Ref: GEN/E/26/42
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Payroll Officer in the Payroll Section of the Finance Department.
Key Requirements for the Position:
- Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
- IPASS or equivalent payroll qualification.
- 3 years of recent experience working in a payroll department.
- Experience working with Resourcelink and/ or SAP HR/Payroll integrated System.
- Excellent ICT skills, including experience with MS Excel/Word/Outlook, are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Supervisory skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Pensions.
Salary Scale from €52,235.00 - €62,485.00
