GP Training & Education Lead

NHS BNSSG is seeking a GP Training Programme Director to lead and coordinate the GP training programme across the BNSSG patch. The role focuses on educational leadership, curriculum delivery and working with GP educational supervisors and local Primary Care Networks to support learners in training.

The post requires active clinical practice, commitment to high-quality education, and a collaborative approach to drive development, inclusion and innovative delivery within our training programme.
