GP Partner

Borough Green Medical Practice is a friendly 8-partner GP dispensing practice in West Kent. We run a successful personal list of 15,500 patients divided between the 8 partners. We also have 3 salaried GPs.
Our Surgery team includes four registered nurses, three HCAs, a Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician.

We are a training practice offering GPwER ENT, Gynaecology, Minor Surgery including Carpal Tunnel Surgery and Vasectomy services. Additionally 2 of our partners work within the Dermatology service located within our premises.

Role Overview
As a GP Partner, you will play a pivotal role in both clinical care and strategic leadership. You'll be involved in shaping the future of the practice, contributing to decision-making, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate healthcare.

Person Specification
Essential
Full GMC registration and a completion of training certificate (CCT) in general practice as well as inclusion on the NHS Performers List
Commitment to partnership responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team

We are seeking a full-time partner with a potential to "buy-in" to the Practice premises with mutual agreement.
