This is a GP Partner opportunity in a small, rural GP practice. You will be one of 2 partners and will have a team of around 12 staff.
Main duties of the jobAdministration relating to running a GP surgery and clinical sessions. Monitoring of QOF, locally commissioned services and other funding streams.
About usWe are a small practice with 12 staff who are mostly part time. We have a list size of 3250. We are a very friendly and supportive team.

Longestablished, two partner, dispensing, rural practice, voted in the top 10 UK GPpractices. Looking for a GP partner to continue an excellent clinical servicefor patients whilst maintaining a good work-life balance and earning well.
With a smalllist size of 3000 patients, we get to know our patients and therefore practiceis efficient and rewarding. Historically both partners share the working week,offering 6 clinical sessions each and having one dedicated admin session/week.However, this could be reduced if desired with the support of salaried GPsessions. With just two partners we can determine our own session start andfinish times, length of appointments and catch-up time and decision makingwithin the practice is more straightforward than in a larger practice. We canbe flexible for other commitments for example school pickups, childrens sportsdays/ assemblies, hobbies.
The practice isa high earning, dispensing partnership with a small, dedicated team of tenincluding a practice manager, practice nurse, health care assistant, dispensersand admin staff. The building is partner owned with the option to buy in. Wehave been involved in medical student teaching and could look to become atraining practice if the incoming partner was interested.

Sibford is alovely village with a thriving community. There is a good pub, village shop,state primary school and independent school. Patients are appreciative andsupportive of the surgery.
