No OOH commitment but available locally if wished.

Approx 2000 patients covering a geographical area of around 222 square miles

Vision and Docman computer systems

Cluster linked FCP, Community Link worker, Community Nursing team, Primary Care pharmacy support and Primary care Mental Health worker

Locality linked Midwifery and Health visiting teams

High patient satisfaction scores in Health and Care Experience Surveys.

Seeking fixed term locum ( 3-6 months) GPs to provide 6-10 sessions, start date November 2025.

Opportunity for ad hoc locum sessions for 6-8 sessions per week if preferred.
