Job Description
Overview

St Edmund's College is seeking a proactive and highly organised Governance & Membership Officer to join our Bursarial Department. Reporting to the Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager, this pivotal role supports governance processes, membership administration, and strategic initiatives across the College. You'll lead on systems implementation, manage key communications with Fellows, and ensure continuity of service during peak periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage membership applications and governance processes
  • Lead meeting preparation, minute-taking, and diary coordination
  • Support strategic projects and systems implementation
  • Line manage assistants and contribute to policy development
Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced in governance or membership administration
  • Skilled in project management and communication
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Adaptable, resilient, and collaborative
