Good Neighbour Scheme Volunteer & Peer Mentor Coordinator

SCCCC invites applications for a Good Neighbour Scheme Coordinator (Peer Mentor Project) in Sheffield. This part-time role (21 hours/week) supports older people and carers, coordinating volunteer referrals, visits and peer mentoring activities to enhance social contact and reduce isolation.

The post involves supervision of volunteers, record-keeping, reporting, and collaboration with the Operational Lead and partners to develop the service while maintaining high standards of care.
