Our travel specialists are dedicated to providing exemplary customer service while crafting customised golf holidays for our clients. In this role, you will manage the complete booking process for customers, incorporating accommodations, flights, transfers, and tee times. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who share a love for travel and are excited to join one of the UK's leading niche travel brands.

Do I need to be a golfer? Not at all.

We primarily operate as a travel company, with golf being just one aspect of our offerings. If you're eager to learn, we'd be thrilled to equip you with all the knowledge you need about our product; however, we can't promise you'll become the next Tiger Woods. What we truly seek is a genuine passion for travel and an eagerness to learn.

• Handling daily inquiries through phone calls and emails with enthusiasm.
• Engaging in insightful conversations with customers to build lasting relationships and gain insights into their ideal experiences.
• Offering personalised recommendations for top-notch destinations, accommodations, golf courses, and auxiliary services (like buggies and club rentals), while emphasising the unique features that cater to their needs to streamline the booking process.
• Aiming to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) with a determined approach.
• Coordinating with hotel and golf course reservation teams to verify availability and finalize bookings.
• Constantly enriching and maintaining an extensive understanding of our offerings through continuous training and personal exploration.

• Compensation Package: £24k per annum, increasing to £25k upon completion of probation, increasing to £26 upon completion of 12 months, plus commission on all of your sales
