Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the golf club, including course, clubhouse, pro shop, and food & beverage.
  • Lead, train, and manage staff to ensure exceptional service.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial goals, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Drive membership growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the course manager to maintain high-quality playing conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and service standards.
  • Plan and execute club events, tournaments, and promotions.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in golf club or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and operations.
  • Knowledge of golf operations, etiquette, and industry standards.
