Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management - Alternatives Capital Formation - Fund Formation Team Attorney - Vice President - London Responsibilities

• Unique opportunity for a Lawyer to join ACF in a non-legal role to work on fund formations/bespoke mandates
• Working with GS functional teams (legal, tax, controllers, operations) on fund structuring
• Reviewing offering documents (PPMs, LPAs, etc.)
• Liaise with clients and product teams on execution of mandates
• Partnering with operational teams on day-to-day fund management matters
• Serving as a resource to global ACF team and other GS teams on general fund matters

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have a legal background, and 5-10 years of fund formation experience at a large law firm and/or sponsor
• Experience with credit funds is preferred (but not required)
