This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *managing and delivering multimedia content at scale*.

Our client is looking for an experienced GoLang Software Engineer to join the Image Service team, which manages and delivers multimedia content at scale. This team supports critical infrastructure that handles millions of images daily, integrating advanced AI and machine learning to enhance product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, low-latency multimedia platforms

• Build systems for asset management, moderation, and fraud detection

• Integrate AI/ML solutions and external vendor tools

• Optimize performance and cost efficiency

• Ensure data privacy and compliance

• Support internal teams with platform use

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience

• Strong background in building high-availability, scalable systems

• Familiarity with multimedia content processing (images, video)

• Self-starter with a high level of autonomy and ownership

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
