Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

We're building for the agentic era of AI - where software doesn't just support teams, it acts with autonomy to elevate them. As a GTM Engineer, you'll build the systems that power smarter, faster go-to-market teams. You'll work closely with Sales and CS to deploy automation, surface insights, and orchestrate workflows across the revenue engine.

This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of automation, RevOps, and customer engagement. Your work will focus on implementing scalable infrastructure in HubSpot and other tools to detect signals to sell, spot signals to retain, and support lean teams with automation that drives outcomes. You'll be a key builder enabling GTM systems that act - not just track.

What Success Looks Like
  • Revenue signals are automated and actionable: You've instrumented systems that detect leads (e.g. intent data, usage thresholds) and renewal or churn risks (e.g. support interactions, usage drop-offs), and routed them to the right teams at the right time.
  • RevOps infrastructure runs smoothly: You've owned and optimized HubSpot and its integrations with Zoominfo, Intercom, Stripe, and Customer.io to reduce manual work, ensure clean data and insight-driven GTM execution.
  • Sales cycles speed up: From qualification to CRM hygiene to meeting prep, reps are spending less time on admin and more time closing.
  • Expansion is proactive: You've built systems that surface upsell opportunities based on real customer behavior, feeding Customer Success with the context they need to act early and effectively.
  • Handoffs are seamless: Every stage transition - SDR to AE to CSM - comes with AI-generated summaries and next-step guidance, so no context is lost and every customer feels known.

Your Three Core Responsibilities
  1. Build AI-Enhanced Workflows to Drive Revenue
  • Automate lead qualification, CRM enrichment, and meeting prep
  • Implement triggers and alerts based on usage, feedback, and sales engagement to capture buying and retention signals
  • Ensure GTM teams focus on high-value conversations, not manual tasks

  • Own & Orchestrate the GTM Tech Stack
    • Manage and extend integrations across HubSpot, Zoominfo, Intercom, Stripe, and Customer.io
    • Use APIs, webhooks, and no-code tools to build scalable, event-driven automations
    • Keep systems clean, reliable, and insight-rich across the funnel

  • Contribute to Strategic GTM Infrastructure
    • Identify recurring bottlenecks and automate them out of existence
    • Operationalize AI insights to align Sales, Success, and Marketing around shared signals
    • Lay the groundwork for future GTM automation, including self-serve experimentation

What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like
    • Technical with strong GTM intuition: You've built systems for sales or CS teams and understand how GTM teams operate at a high level.
    • RevOps-savvy: You've used tools like HubSpot not just as a CRM, but as a workflow engine and insight hub.
    • Hands-on builder: You like prototyping, shipping, and iterating fast using code, APIs, and no-code tools alike.
    • Signal-obsessed: You think deeply about how to identify and act on behavioral signals that drive revenue or retention.
    • Startup-ready: You're scrappy, adaptable, and ready to build from 0 to 1 in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.

    Skills

    • CRM Experience in implementing a CRM from scratch, ideally HubSpot.
    • Experience with data-warehouses like BigQuery and reverse ETL tools like Census.
    • Comfortable using SQL and some data modeling experience.
    • Some knowledge of a programming language such as python or javascript.
    • Knowledge of low/no-code platforms like Zapier and Retool.

Salary and other bits of info:

    • Salary starting at £75,000 per annum + equity + other benefits
    • Location: London (Holborn/Chancery Lane)
    • 4 days in office

    The application process at Fyxer:
